Henry was the selling agent in my first home with my fiancé in Torrance. He couldn’t of been less responsive if he tried. Took weeks at a time to get a hold of him and we had to extend escrow twice. Henry and his contractor cut corners every chance they could. Shame on us for being gullible first time home buyers right? To anyone looking to work with Henry please think again. He has no business being in this business.

Beware of Henry Hill III, he will con you at the time of Mobile Notary Public services in to thinking he has sent payment through Venmo’ he will have you sign receipt, when in reality he has Not Sent the Payment. Henry will have you pay for overnight Fed Ex. Loan docs. To title company, with the promise to reimburse you, he does not reimburse you.
