These people are trying to charge me a 7-hour cleaning fee, even though I made sure to thoroughly clean every part of the apartment and took detailed photos as proof. It’s clear they are exploiting the fact that many college students don’t always have the time or resources to fight unfair charges, hoping we’ll just accept whatever unreasonable fees they impose. I’m beyond outraged and will make sure to warn others—both current residents and anyone considering living here—to be cautious and look for better housing options.

Not worth it for the price ($1145/month not including electricity and wifi; studio). Awful amenities. There is no dishwasher in my room. The room has bad soundproofing. You can hear music from your neighbor. The nearby frat houses always play loud music in such bad taste on weekends. One elevator broke for two months until it was repaired. The washing machine room was always dirty and stinky. The landlord charged $200 for “damage cleaning” of normal wear and tear. EDIT: I USED TO LOVE IT HERE. I don't know if management had turnover, but Kyle W was a great agent they let go and ever since this place has been inhospitable. People constantly leave trash, takeout containers, and even drugs in the common spaces and piling up on fire exits. It is disgusting. I could not even take my own trash out due to the sheer pile of garbage blocking the exit. There are only 2 working laundry machines, they are gross, and people never take their stuff out on time.
