Someone please offer customer service etiquette to the two women who were sitting at the radiology desk. No hello, no eye contact at all, ever. I was asked what time my appointment was and I said 1:30 however all communication I received instructed me to be there at 1:00. My response was harshly met with a sarcastic “well yeah, you need to fill out this form”. “ Go sit around the corner, they’ll call you”. Take some pride in your position ladies and if you don’t like people find another field of work!
