staff is wonderful! The Doctor's know what they are doing!
Everything clean nice friendly
they illegally spoke to another agencey about my orthapetics appointment and made changes to my review that interfered with my care. They spoke on the phone to this agencey amd could have been anyone. I dont feel my medical information or myself as a patient was protected of my personal life information. accepting just a phone call over the phone is unprofessional. isn't there a privacy HIPPA Law that protects patients? Dr. Banka is the most enthusiastic and caring doctor I could ever ask for. I was so despondent after shattering my femur and he took over my care and encouraged me. His staff of nurses and medical assistants are wonderful as well.

Had a great experience at HFMC - Lakeside. Dr. Okoroha has been phenomenal throughout and the staff has been helpful friendly and prompt. Overall it has been a great experience thus far.
They sent me a "thank you card" after my colonoscopy last week! How special is that! 😇
