The staff was incredible, helpful, and patient with my 90-year old mother (she was in for an MRI and bone density test). Left with a good feeling about her appointments.
When you bring an elderly person in they are just rude. My mother has a walker and didn't have her hearing aid so I had to answer for her and I get "she has to respond for herself" that went well. Then she was standing next to me with her walker and the woman insisted she sit because "she had to sign papers" again went well because I had to help her up to sign them. One employee at the start ruined it for the rest of the stay. Nope get these procedures done and won't ever come back.
