RecommendedTook my dad here today after he fell and the staff and doctor were great! Very caring.
My kids doctors used to be here. Then I was told by another doctor to take my son to the er because the “hernia” his doctor diagnosed wasn’t a hernia. It was actually a large tumor. My son would have died if I had listened to the doctors at this place. He had to have his kidney removed along with the tumor because the tumor grew so big. And then a year later I got a letter in the mail from this place saying that their vaccines had been improperly stored and my kids needed to go back and have them redone. This place is ALWAYS "running behind" . It takes hours to been seen even with an appointment. Urgent care patients are always taken back before patients with an appointment. Sick patients are put in the same waiting room to cough on and infect the healthy patients. If you make an appointment for a certain time, clear your schedule because you will sit waiting for HOURS before you are even called back to be seen. I am DEFINITELY looking for a new dr that isn't too busy to see patients.
I was a walk in, and they were fast and efficient.
I have been here a few times for sick visits and have been happy with every visit, but I had such a positive experience tonight I had to write a review. We went in at 6:00 pm on a Monday night because my toddler had feel and hit his head, leaving a open cut. Nurse Practitioner Theresa Calihan and the staff were amazing. We were taken back right away and they were very calming and caring with my scared child. They were able to quickly glue his wound, avoiding stiches. Waited over two hours for a scheduled appointment. Happens all the time!!
We took my 1 1/2 year old son on a Saturday morning after he had been battling croup for a few days and he was getting worse even after the chewable steroid from his pediatrician a couple days earlier. They were so kind and thorough. They ran tests, gave him a steroid shot and a prescription for home. That evening I finally saw him start to feel better and the doctor herself even called us on a Saturday night to tell us his tests for flu and rsv were negative and to see how he was feeling!
The staff were very polite and the facility was beautiful. However, my daughter was in for ear pain and the Dr. looked into her ear and pronounced it swollen with swimmers ear. ( 20 second diagnosis) Medicine prescribed $80 and 2 days later with pain severe , another trip in and now to the Chesterfield location. The new location finds it's a MIDDLE EAR INFECTION and the antibiotic that was originally prescribed has a 30 % FAIL rate according to the Chesterfield location!!!!
