If you have the opportunity to visit this office, you are greeted with a warm wonderful staff. The Doctor is adorable. That is Dr Viola. They are concerned about your comfort while your there, too cold and you'll get a warm blanket. Get a coffee while you wait, but the wait is never too long. ❤Thank you, Marsha Hanson
Dr. Kate Viola is awesome. She is very thorough and attentive to your questions/concerns. She is a great addition to Henry Ford Allegiance. I have recommended many friends to her and they have all felt pleased and excited to find a great dermatologist as well.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Viola and her staff. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and I have been extremely impressed with the kind and attentive communication from all of the staff I've encountered. I most recently saw Dr. Viola regarding a severe skin reaction. Not only was she able to see me within hours of my call, but she was able to help me drastically improve the reaction that day. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Jackson area.
