Very nice personal friendly helpfull
got me right in the same day i called!! Super nice people
Very nice place. Really calming and kind people
Can't speak for the others but Dr. D'sa and her MA's are very courteous and proffessional but human too. Dr. D'Sa was instumental in relieving my rhuemetology issues as well as the dermatology ones. One of the better Lobbies to wait in and most of the staff are good peeps. Others in the HFH sytem should take lessons from this office.
Took my Mom: Two workers sat there telling a line of people to wait until the lady got there to check us in, refusing to help even though neither was busy. When we were leaving, the line was horrible, and the office girl checking us out was chatty and personal, like she was there to socialize. Dr refused to take a very concerning mole off her face, wanting cash from a Medicare patient, got the feeling that they only serve the rich cash patients like a high end spa, which is odd since they're a CHARITY clinic run by a CHAIRTY... read more
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Viola and her staff. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and I have been extremely impressed with the kind and attentive communication from all of the staff I've encountered. I most recently saw Dr. Viola regarding a mole check and she found a spot on my upper lip I thought was a pimple and turned out to be basal carcinoma. She referred me to U of M and they also were great.
The reviews on the Doctor are great but the PA that seen me did not know or help me in any way. I have a rash that developed from my knees down and it took me two months before I could get in to see someone. I had pictures from when it was really bad. She took one look at the pictures and determined that it was poison ivy. I have had poison ivy several times and this is not poison ivy. I was looking for answers but did not get them at Henry Ford Allegiance Dermatology.
If you still care about quality friendly service, this is the place for you. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are very warm and friendly. Dr. Viola is a sweetheart and very personable. You literally forget you are a t a doctor's office. All these gals are great!
