The worst hospital I've ever been in. It needs someone else in charge that knows how to run it!! They've sent so many people home that needed medical attention and had to go find it elsewhere! More recently, an older man in a motorcycle wreck went home with no care until later on when he was taken to Vanderbilt. This hospital needs to be shut down
My boyfriend and I have had two visits to the hospital this year. Once for our the delivery of our son and once to have his appendix taken out. Each time we were treated with such kindness and respect by the nurses. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and more.
I received excellent care from the Dr, receptionist and nurses during my visit. I thought it might have been appendicitis or kidney stones but it was neither. I know it was super early in the morning when I was there but the only problem I had was the radiology tech, yes it may had been very early in the morning, could not have been so rude. I see freedom of speech is now an issue with HCMC. You can remove my post but you can not deny the truth. When the petition goes before congress to stop bullying and harassment in workplace HCMC will be brought to the forefront.
Henry County Medical Center is a great place to work!
I had my son in the ER this past weekend for appendicitis. The staff was great with him. They kept him informed of everything that was going on, made him feel comfortable, and helped us as worried parents stay informed. The nurses, doctor, and imaging tech were wonderful! Really helps to have such compassionate workers. Thank you for your dedication!
I would like to say that I am very pleased with the care and compassion that has been shown to my mom during her stay here. The third floor nursing staff are a wonderful group of people. They have my utmost respect. THANK YOU.
The receptionist in the er was amazing and nice today so was triage nurse did not get names but receptionist had short red hair and i was here at 330 with my very sick husband we have always been treated like a burden before today.....thanks so much a little smile and friendly conversation makes all the differance
