5 stars for service I give 5 stars only for 5 star service. Henry and his employees really do go above and beyond to give good service. Overall I'm a happy camper.
Happy Henry's a great guy. I got in an accident right before I'm about to leave on a road trip for the holidays, and he was super helpful and quick in getting me into a rental and getting my car to the shop.
Agent Recommended I never thought I'd write a review about my insurance company, but here I am. It's the least I could do for all they've done for me. Last month I had a claim and totaled out my car. I was devastated, because I had just leased it a month prior. But when I called up my agent, Henry was able to get everything rolling and get me a rental car right away that same day. Very Happy I really like State Farm better than any other company I've had in the past. And the rates actually end up being less. I was referred to Henry's office a few years ago by a co-worker and have been insured with them ever since.
Great Location and office I've had state farm since I was like 16. I moved from Indiana, and found Henry's office since it's just down the street from me. I stop by from time to time to make a payment. They are all really nice. There's one girl I usually work with who takes care of me most of the time. Overall it's a great office and good location.
Highly Recommend Henry has insured my buildings and serviced my IRA account for many years. He's always reliable and goes out of his way to help. Most importantly, he and his staff are quick in getting back to me when I need immediate service.
Great Service and Rates! They offered me the best rate from all other companies, the service was awesome too. Avery works with Henry and he is very professional, could answer any question regarding the policy which does not happen often in other companies at all. Overall, great office, great rates, great people! And they know you by the name when you call!
I recommend Henry I can't say enough nice things about Henry. He's really educated and knows his stuff. Definitely recommend working with him.
Not Happy After getting married, I joined my wife's auto policy. I've been trying to cancel my policy with Henry since August. After repeated phone calls, his assistant said it was cancelled. It wasn't. I've been charged every month. This is the worst customer service.
