Exceptional service, Tony in the Service Dept was awesome. He was very friendly when it came to the recalls on my car. And the polite gentleman who drives the shuttle to Enterprise was very mannerable also.
I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service. The people here could not be nicer or more competent. CJ is the service writer that takes care of my car and myself. Highly recommend Hennessy and the Lexus brand.

The customer service at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett is the best service I have ever received. I took my IS250 in for a recall. I might add that I did not buy it from them, They went go above and beyond. I got a loaner car, my car looked great when I picked it up (no grease or any signs of disturbance), they even topped off my gas. Thanks Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett
