This was my first time going to Hennessey Lexus because I usually go to a different dealership. I was able to get an appointment the day before and they took me to work and picked me when my car was ready in a timely manner.
I've been using Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett for over 6 years now. They have the best team out there! If you are looking to buy a vehicle you must see Mike! Any service needs you must see C.J.! These two will take the best care of you. Because of them I will never own anything BUT a Lexus! It's nice to come in and feel like you are family... Even if you're writing a check at the end of the visit it's worth every penny!
Max and the other people that provide service on our Lexus vehicles are professional, trustworthy, and provide good value. Our sales person, Joe Rob, doesn't stop providing customer satisfaction after the sale.
Over the past 11 years I have had nothing less than exceptional service here! My first Lexus, '99 RX300 was an awesome car and they always kept it in tip top shape for me. My 2nd Lexus, '04 GX470 has been the next best thing! I just picked it up from having the dash replaced because it was cracking. They replaced it for free because the original one did not meet Lexus standards!
