Every time I call them I have to wait 30 minutes or more, and I have been hung up on more than once! And they do NOT bother calling me back, even though it is clearly their fault for disconnecting! I have been waiting more than a month on m SNAP application and I get this, "Oh, well, looks like someone was assigned but didn't do anything about it." DO YOUR JOB, HENNEPIN COUNTY!
