Deal with the wait to get an enhanced drivers license - it is ridiculous!!
Getting an enhanced drivers license is the most frustrating and unfortunate experience. The process at the service centers is not clear and the employees are rude, inconsiderate and really don’t care about the experience. For for taxes we pay, can’t we improved the experience, courtesy and process?

Terrible hiring practices
70% property tax rate increase proposed. Absurd.
By supporting their own police and police department and, thus, their citizens.
Impossible to get my surplus check in a timely fashion. Or even phone calls answered or returned. Terrrible.
I’ve repeatedly contacted people about the condition of the street in front of my house and nothing is done about it. It is a legitimate safety issue to all who travel this section of Minnetonka Blvd.
I have had multiple legal issues here and have gotten ZERO help in resolving them; especially over the last 2 months. As I understand it the government and the legal system is supposed to work for us. The legal system here only works for the rich or those who have money to spend on lawyers and countless hours with paperwork. The idea of law and order and justice here are just that- an idea. What a joke.
