They charged me significantly more in person for mounting a print than what their current website pricing lists and on top of that charged a late fee for mounting a submitted image to the fair despite there not being any mention of it on their site or ordering portal. When I brought this up I was told it didn't matter what was listed, that's what they were charging. In the end I paid over double and had I known prior, would have gone elsewhere. Everyone is very friendly. Have patiences with older clients. I recommend everyone take a moment to visit Henley's. Wonderful place.
