We thought we were getting “hardwood” floors, as our invoice says, however upon noticing excessive amounts of wear just 2 weeks after living in our new home, we were made aware that our floors were actually engineered wood. Talk about bait and switch. We’ve received the absolute worst advice and customer service possible from our sales person, Renee Lindsey and have had zero cooperation from Henges on a customer service standpoint. Horrible costumer service. They do t take pride in their work or stand behind their work even though before they got out money they promised us they do. We got the whole speech and believed them. Our house is 4 years old and used them when we built and we have already had to replace the shower they put in. Do yourself a favor and do not use henges interiors.
Floor did not hold up like it was supposed to. Very disappointed in their customer service.
