My clients had a bad experience with Henges on multiple items on their new home build.
I am tired of this company leaving trash in New Town. There is now blow-in insulation across an entire street from their work this afternoon. I called them to tell them to come clean up everyone's backyard and they just said they will have a supervisor "look at it."
The company left my house with missing boards, base boards removed from the wall. Joe Young is as unprofessional as you get. They said they would fix. Floor that they installed, delayed the project for over two years. They stated it’s my problem not theirs. They were removed from be used by a builder because of sane issues constantly. Stay away hire a random person off the street you would get better results.
RecommendedWe are in the process of using Henges a second time around as we are building another new home. We highly recommend their services. Their office staff is very professional and friendly. Brenda Hughs is who helped us pick carpet, hardwood & tile flooring and backsplash colors & products both times, she said s absolutely wonderful! Even our follow up appointments for minor repairs were done in an efficient timely professional manner! Mary & Dave are great to work with also:)
Recently had some repair work done to our wood floor which had been gashed. Dave Dirkson did a wonderful job - professional and personable. We are impressed with Henges.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! We built a home for years ago and purchased engineered hardwood flooring for the home. After a couple years many of the board started to chip in flake and Splinter on the edges. Henges helped me through the process of filing a claim through the manufacture and helped advocate for us to have some boards replaced. the warranty work was approved and henges did an excellent job replacing the boards and repairing other boards. I was very pleased with the work that they did!
I recently had my main level flooring replaced by Henges. They removed the existing carpet, hardwood and vinyl and hauled it all away. They replaced with new wood and ceramic and were complete within 3 days. The installers did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend Henges!
We had an excellent experience with Henges for our kitchen backsplash. We met with Kevin, who was very knowledgeable and had great design ideas for our space. The installation was quick and high quality. I would highly recommend!
Horrible customer service and even worse sales staff. We based our decision on the recommendation of our sales person Renee Lindsay. Big Mistake, we lead our conversation with the fact that we have two dogs and wanted a floor that would hold up to that abuse. We were fully prepared to spend more on this type of floor. What we got was a floor that after 2 weeks looks embarrassing. When our builder questioned Renee she flat out lied and denied she ever told us that.
