Just got off the phone with one of their customer support employees, and GOODNESS. I asked for assembly instructions for one of their tables, and after specifying that I had purchased the table through Mohd; an Italian Henge dealer, the lady blatantly told me "thats why you buy from America." I respond "there is no way you can help me out with this?" in response I am once again told "thats why you buy from America.". So I am left with no real explanation to why I can't get the instructions other than betraying my country buy... read more
Do NOT buy anything from this company. A complete SCAM. We bought a Henge light fixture from one of their showrooms a couple years ago for $9000 and they refuse to send the light fixture or refund us our money bc “we can’t find the order” even though we have payment receipts, email confirmations, order numbers etc. now we had to hire an attorney and will let them deal with it. Save yourself the hassle, buy from another store.
