Pool was installed right at start of covid. Issues from beginning as concrete surround was poured on different days so different color and finish. Next year liner had to be replaced as original was too wrinkled. Next was the pump must have been wired wrong as it went out and was replaced.Next noticed large space under concrete and found out the area must not have been compacted as several bags of concrete had to be used to fill void.We had always used them for testing and closing. Terrible Customer Service
Great service.
Brought in a pool water sample for testing. They reviewed the results and sold me only what I needed instead of what the "program" said was needed. They are always good about that and very helpful. They also installed my pool liner last year and this year I had issues with the liner falling off in one spot and they came and repaired it.
