I'd give this place a zero if I could. Went for color and it was awful. Not only are they overpriced but my hair is so awful I am embarrassed to leave my house. I look like I am going to a Halloween party. If you want someone who knows what they're doing don't go here.
I called ahead of time to see what their rates were to get my hair colored, in which I was told between $40-60. I got it done, and went to pay, and they told me it was $110!! So the blatantly lied to me to get me into the salon, then decided to double-triple the price. Also, the lady told me the type of shampoo that I needed, then she set it on the counter as if I was to buy it. I had to tell the lady not to ring it up because I did not want it.
