Their online system allowed me to make a reservation with a drop off location that was different from the pick up location. I got a call from my specified drop off location notifying me that I needed to drop the truck off at the same location I picked it up at, that I could come get the truck or just leave it there and face the $160 wrong drop off location fee. I told them not to check it in until I talk to customer service so I could get the issue cleared up, but they checked it in and charged me any way. I looked online an... read more

Absolutely the worst moving experience we ever had. We tried to save money by going with U-Boxes instead of expensive movers, but our boxes were held hostage in Litchfield Park and they wouldn't let us pick them up nor did they return our numerous calls to the manager and store itself. Once we finally got in contact with SOMEONE and arranged to pick them up, we called days in advance to have them ready, then drove the two hours to get there only to find they had no idea we were coming. I don't know how the BBB can possibly give U-Haul an A+ rating. Just read all the complaints on this and many other websites including class action lawsuits. Google: “Class Action – U-Haul Continues to Deceive Consumers with Fraudulent Reservation Guarantee Policy” U-Haul has the absolute worst trucks, worst customer service, and their “reservation guarantee” is no guarantee at all. Storage facility had a hole in the wall after we moved in and rats got into and destroyed all our stuff. Uhaul refuses to assist or repay for damages even though we had insurance

Showed up with my confirmation number and my moving truck (that I pay by the hour for) and this location said they don't even HAVE this storage size available. Plus ... they couldn't go across the street to get me another unit because they couldn't "leave" the building!?? Don't rent from here unless you want a major headache and a lot of frustration. I rented a van to move boxes to a storage unit. The rear doors of the van continually slammed closed whenever I opened them and was trying to load my items. Because of this there were several times that the one door would close before the other door closed and put a "nick" on the door. Easily remedied with a top of the pinky amount of white paint. Maybe even a smudge. Well I was hit with a $150 charge for that .25 inch nick. Plus they filed a $410 insurance claim which is laughable. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again. Sho... read more

Had a hitch and wiring installed. Not only did the wiring stop working on the 3 rd day of the move, but I was only sold 1 warranty. So now, I am paying out of picked for the correct wiring to be installed. Tried to work with customer service but they can't help me.

The GM of this store, Damien Camacho is a joke. Hes rude, unprofessional and overall has horrible customer service. There was an issue with my bill and instead of calling me back to notify me that it has been fix, he avoided my messages for 3 days! Its not until I called HIS boss, Russ Baldwin, that he called me back within minutes, then asked me why his boss is calling him asking about my messages.
