As a health care provider myself, I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism of the staff as a whole and the carelessness of the DO I saw. His exam was brief and the documentation I received at discharge did not at all reflect my complaint. This was my first visit and I'll be making the trip across town to my primary from now on.
The initial appointment went will, however Dr prescribed a prescription that a drug rep had just introduced that day! No drug store on westside had it tried to get a new prescription was told to buy over an counter med and honey have the medicine ordered and pick if up Monday. Really are we pushing a product or caring for the patient! Very upset to say the least.
