Did not purchase the vehicle but salesman contacted me constantly about the condition of the vehicle and open and fair pricing that he could provide. Im terrible with names.
Didn’t end up purchasing from them but the sales rep Melissa did an outstanding job in following up with the information I wanted. I would consider doing business with them in the future as a result of her interactions with me

Won’t use them again! I was told they didn’t use my financial institution I had check in hand ready to go purchase. They said they only use their company??
I called Hendricks on Thursday, October 21 and was told that the vehicle I was interested in was in the shop and being prepared for sale and could not be sold until preparation was complete. After receiving no response I called back on Saturday and was told the vehicle had been sold. They blamed it on the fact that they had more than one dealership and the vehicle was sold through one of their sister locations. This indicates poor communication, either within the company or with the customer.
