These people are not motivated and professional enough to be doing business for Hendrick. It is my opinion that they’re gonna cost him a lot of money because they’re not motivated to do what it takes to sell cars. Our deal was only $400 away and then they turned around and drop the price of the car below what we originally offered, but nobody seemed to care to reach back out to us to close the deal. Dumb it’s my best description of them.
