My experience with Hendrick BMW was excellent. They contacted me within a very short time after my request. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in setting up a time to test drive the vehicle.
Did not purchase the vehicle but salesman contacted me constantly about the condition of the vehicle and open and fair pricing that he could provide. Im terrible with names.
Didn’t end up purchasing from them but the sales rep Melissa did an outstanding job in following up with the information I wanted. I would consider doing business with them in the future as a result of her interactions with me

Won’t use them again! I was told they didn’t use my financial institution I had check in hand ready to go purchase. They said they only use their company??
