I absolutely love Lewisville Volkswage. I truly feel like one of the family. Chris was such a pleasure to deal with and I was very impressed that Alan took the time to visit with me and was truly sincere in requesting I let him know if I needed anything. I feel very blessed that my path crossed with Chris and Alan and have been telling everyone what a great experience it was for me to buy my gorgeous, sexy, red CC!!!! Plus - I had FUN.

I was in and out with complete satisfaction. I was given a great loner car and it was completed quicker than originally planned! Great customer care and reasonable competitive rate
Clayton was very professional. Only issue I had was the panel was set to 33 mpg and not to mileage, but I did call back and was assisted. Also, Clayton saved me buying a new tire as Good year said I needed a left front one, and he had it checked and was all about saving me money and verifying tire was okay . Appreciate the caring nature of my service rep.
