When I walked into this dealership I never thought I was going to drive off in a car. Before coming here I spent a little more than a year and a half going to other dealerships in Charleston, SC and even Columbia. Almost all of those experiences were less than pleasant. Amazing service!! The staff at Hendrick Toyota North Charleston really go out of their way to take care of both the vehicle as well as the customer. Service Manager, Robbie Cortis, went above and beyond to make sure my last visit was truly exceptional. Will only ever visit Hendrick Toyota for all my sales and service needs in the future.

"Spectacular!!" The staff at Hendrick Toyota North Charleston was nothing short of amazing. From the moment he greeted me as I got out of my old Toyota to the moment he waved goodbye as I drove away in my new 4Runner - two hours after the dealership closed - he went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about the outstanding level of service we received from Mike and John. Spectacular experience from start to finish!!

Had an great experience! Tyrone Mcdonald and Mario Miller were exceptional. They had great customer service and Got me the truck I wanted. So if youre ever wanting to buy a Toyota ask for Tyrone or Mario.

August 20, 2012 To Mr. Paul Whatley, General Manager: I recently had the dubious pleasure of doing business in your establishment, Hendrick Toyota. The process was both miserable and tortuous. The Fire Marshall should not allow you to post the 10 Commandments in your dealership, for surely it would burst into flames. WORST PEOPLE EVER – Toyota of North Charleston is the WORST dealership I have EVER done business with. Rick Hendrick should never ever have another dealership. This dealer gives Toyota a bad name! I had the worst experience with this dealer. I was pushed into a car that did not suit the needs of my family. The salesman LOST the registration to my trade-in. In the following weeks I had to make 3 additional trips to the dealer to complete paperwork that should had be completed the first time. A month later my husband was told ... read more

Don't go here for your Toyota needs – This place only seems to care about getting you to the sales desk. You deal with so many people you can't even remember all their names and in the end you don't know who you would have to contact, if anything was ever to happen. Leased a brand new car and after about 1500 miles it already had issues. Took it there, said it was fixed and after I drove off, the same issue occurred.
