Mercedes was awesome at helping me with a quick resolution to having my car towed into the dealership first thing in the morning. I find Hendrick Toyota to be honest and fair and the fact that I can have a shuttle take me to where I need to go is fabulous.

Great experience. The best place to buy a car.
They were able to get me in quickly to get new tires with very short notice. I wanted the tires before taking an out of town trip and they were able to get that done. Brandon explained my tire options and was able to get them quickly and get an appointment set up for the next day. I always use Hendrick for my car service needs and they are always courteous, friendly, and answer any questions I might have. Brandon has been my service advisor in the past and always does a great job.

The service I receive at Hendrick has always been great, and I have been a customer for many years. Makaela recently helped me with the purchase of my new Camry, and I feel comfortable that I was given the best deal possible. Thao, who helped me with my previous car, is now in the financing office, and clarified the terms of my contract without being pushy like I have experienced with past dealerships. I would most definitely recommend the Hendrick team to my family and friends!
They are friendly with a get things done attitude. They welcome questions and answered to my satisfaction.
