Advisor Rebecca had a attitude ,because I asked not to put a lock box on my window, did not want to scratch window tint , not only that she said I needed to buy a tire for my car which wasn’t needed usually have good experiences here but not this time

While we do need to have lock boxes on every vehicle, I do understand that we were able to use one in a a way that we could ensure your tint would not be jeopardized. Upon reviewing your file, there is a nail on the inner sidewall of your tire so even though it may not be causing a leak currently, it will need to be taken care of soon and was recommended to be replaced for your safety since it is not in a location that can be patched effectively.
Had a great experience with the service department and service advisor, Casey Yelverton today. Casey checked me in promptly, got me lined up with a loaner car and kept me informed of the progress and some recommended service items. Highly recommend Hendrick Toyota and Casey for any service needs. I also have to give a shout-out to sales and Deji. Absolutely poor experience getting my car serviced yesterday. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and it’s clear they lost track of my car and status. Tire pressure light was still on when they returned my car, which you always expect to be corrected or reset. To cap it off, I could not find my keys upon vehicle return. They took the car key off the chain and dropped the chain (house keys, etc) between the seats. Just really shoddy service, attention to detail and service

I visited this dealership for the first time Thurs. Sept 24th. The Service Manager Casey Yelverton saw that I was searching for help and he lead me through the dealership to get the answers I needed. He looked out for me from start to finish. I observed him seek out another customer to help that was lost just as I was. He was very impressive, I will definitely return again.
