I wanted to share an experience I had at hendrick Toyota of apex. We used to buy all of our cars at this location and always had a great experience except after tonight. Please do your research before purchasing from this dealership. We were lied to about specs, mocked for wanting to read a contract and rushed to close before the last day of the month with a text message telling us to hurry up. We have bought 2 cars at Hendrick, but the service department is subpar in my experience. Consider my most recent encounter. I had an appointment with an issue with hydraulics and starting car. It was determined immediately that I needed a new battery. This car is a Honda CRV. I was told that Toyota doesn't carry Honda batteries, which is understandable.
