The service department is capable and ready to meet customers needs.
The staff is very nice and very informative about your vehicle. I am glad that they have certified mechanics but I do feel it is very over priced for labor work on a vehicle. Most people today have the ability to search online for parts and the ability to possibly do the work themselves. I am one of those customers. Almost $1400 in labor for less than an hours work is a bit to much for me and probably a majority of most customers at this time in our economy.

You either go here for scheduled maintenance or for something that needs immediate attention. You can either get an appointment on their website or call in, either way is convenient and quick. As far as scheduled maintenance goes, if you were given a free oil change for up to X thousand miles when you purchased a new vehicle, it’s pretty straightforward, you won’t get upsold on items that aren’t needed.
