I’ve been getting my car serviced here for about 5 years and, overall, service has been good. I had a minor issue recently and the service center was attentive and corrected the deficiency. Erik is knowledgeable, honest, and understanding. I will continue to get my car serviced here.
Friendly and professional
They put water in my windshield wiper fluid reservoir instead of proper washer fluid, causing it to freeze and leaving me without wipers in dangerous winter conditions. Even I know not to do this—and I’m not a mechanic. My service advisor admitted I wasn’t the first to report this issue that week, which makes me question whether this was negligence or a cost-cutting tactic. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Took a recently purchased 2022 Outback in due to battery dying multiple times in a 5 week time frame. The issue was not resolved and the people in the service department were not particularly helpful.
