I had a wonderful experience when I went to get my husband some accessories for his birthday for his beloved Mini. I walked in and asked for parts and was quickly directed to that department where Richard greeted me with a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoy traveling so Richard suggested a roof rack for any extras we may need room for and also pointed out some nice new mirror covers. He was great!
