Lexus is an excellent choice.  We have always used Northlake and had excellent service until this past experience.  We were interested in a RX and visited and spent much time with a sales rep and sales manager.  After returning home we reached out by phone and email on different days.  Our calls nor emails were answered. So disappointed in Northlake.  We purchased elsewhere.  We also own a BMW that we purchased at East Independence BMW and had an excellent service where they went above and beyond.  Shame on you Northlake.

Hendrick Lexus Northlake has been the worst dealership experience of my life. They are deceptive, careless, and flat-out disrespectful. Back in March 2025, they told me I had a nail in my tire and insisted I needed to replace all four tires because they “couldn’t replace or repair just one.” Funny, because I had just bought a full set of new tires from them in December 2024, plus an extra spare for emergencies like this. They then had the nerve to tell me my spare tire wouldn’t fit—the same spare I purchased with the origin... read more

Hussain Amir did an excellent job presenting this vehicle to us that we were interested in. Being we were out of town, around a 3-hour drive he sent photos and videos of the vehicle to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted before we made the drive. He answered every call and question with complete knowledge of the vehicle and if it was something he did not know he found out immediately.
