Hendrick Lexus Northlake has been the worst dealership experience of my life. They are deceptive, careless, and flat-out disrespectful. Back in March 2025, they told me I had a nail in my tire and insisted I needed to replace all four tires because they “couldn’t replace or repair just one.” Funny, because I had just bought a full set of new tires from them in December 2024, plus an extra spare for emergencies like this. Hussain Amir did an excellent job presenting this vehicle to us that we were interested in. Being we were out of town, around a 3-hour drive he sent photos and videos of the vehicle to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted before we made the drive. He answered every call and question with complete knowledge of the vehicle and if it was something he did not know he found out immediately. I would like to comment on my sales experience at Hendrick Lexus of Northlake and in particular their internet sale agent Robert Marock. My wife and I found the Hendrick Lexus Northlake dealership to be comfortable and as you would expect for a Lexus dealership. Very Nice! The difference however was made by our sales person, Robert work to understand our needs and assisted us in making an educated decision, which now one month later has worked out to be the perfect vehicle. Thank you Robert Marock.

I would like to comment on my sales experience at Hendrick Lexus of Northlake and in particular their internet sale agent Robert Marock. My wife and I found the Hendrick Lexus Northlake dealership to be comfortable and as you would expect for a Lexus dealership. Very Nice! The difference however was made by our sales person, Robert work to understand our needs and assisted us in making an educated decision, which now one month later has worked out to be the perfect vehicle.
