Typical dealer stuff that we all wish we could avoid. Sometimes a deal is too good to pass up so we deal with it. Secured my own financing because apparently an 860 credit score isn’t good enough to get a better apr than 6.99% and for some reason they couldn’t provide GAP insurance. Even though I had already picked out my car the previous day and provided my own financing, I still spent 3 hours at the dealership. That being said, Christian Rivera took good care of me and has followed up with texts and phone calls.
After probably my worst customer service experience ever with another local KIA dealership, taking my car to Hendrick KIA yesterday for an oil change definitely provided a great customer service experience and took one step towards restoring my faith in the KIA brand.
Working with Jeremiah Vasquez at Hendrick Kia of Charlotte was so easy! Very friendly, respectful, and LISTENED to what we wanted and found the perfect car. Very pleased!!
Cannot say enough about my experience with this dealership. Bought the car I wanted for a fair price and they beat my bank's finance rate. Red Carpet service all the way. Took my Sorento in to be serviced and Renee Shaut in service was beyond awesome she showed me around the service department and lounge. Had great conversations with her she deserves 5 stars herself! Great customer service! I will return!
