The sales managers are all extremely pushy and only care about selling cars. They don’t care about being honest with the numbers or giving you the a fair deal. Their prices are high and they are the reason why places like carmax, drivers way and smaller dealers are successful. They manipulated the numbers on me twice before finally coming to the table with a decent offer. That being said. The offer was with a much larger down payment than I wanted to pay.
