I went in buying a 2019 Tahoe with a price of $43,366 & planned on bring it home. I get there, test drive & start waiting on the numbers-sales(lady) comes out & claims there is a prob...OK! The sticker price on the vehicle is $59K!! NONE of the sales managers knew-I had talked to the manager, Skyler ALL day & nothing was EVER SAID! This dealership was amazing! We can’t say enough great things about Scott Tatum and Jodi! We were in a real bind with our old vehicle and upside down in it. Trey went above and beyond. He and the staff at Hendrick were exceptional from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left.
We made an appointment to get my husband’s car serviced yesterday at 9:30. We arrived promptly on schedule and was told it would be ready in the afternoon. My husband called at 1pm and was told it would be ready at 3. We arrived at 3 and unapologetically were told they hadn’t even started on it. What is the point of an appointment if things like this are going to happen? The car was not ready until 5pm. Terrible customer service!
