Does not properly explain incentives, does not discuss any sort of details until you’re in a room with finance. Only interested in pressuring you come in again and talk and turns to rude when looking for matched pricing to nearby dealerships on new vehicles.

6 months. That is how long these people have been blowing smoke up my butt about a car. I bought a house in less time than that. I have met one person in this entire dealership, if you even wanna call it that, that has actually tried to go to bat for me. The managers, on the other hand, are terrible. The sales experience was excellent, our salesman Danny Mayo went above and beyond in assisting my husband in finding the right vehicle. The positive experience was dampened greatly by the unprofessional attitude of the finance person we dealt with.
