Shocked at the rudeness I just encountered with a Hendrick Cadillac employee at a gas station. Truly shocked. Smh.
A big thank you to Dan Orr and the other service member whose name I did not get for helping a frazzled Military Spouse with some kindness and support. You helped turn my day around. I appreciate you both.
Tyler Robertson was very courteous, pleasant and a great salesman. He even gave tour of the dealership! He helped me when original sales person I was dealing with was out the dealership a few days. I did not purchase from the Durham dealership since the car I wanted was at another Hendrick location and I wanted to test drive before I requested it to be transferred and since it was in Monroe just went ahead and purchased from there while I was there. This is our 2nd purchase from Hendrick and didn't have problem with either.
Service is excellent, however the sales department will not stop calling us to buy our car and sell us something else. They call my phone and my husbands phone. I have asked them to stop. If I want a new car, I will come in, but if they keep calling I certainly will not buy from them.
Did not purchase my Cadillac from Hendrick but because of the quickness and professionalism of the service department, I will next time. Great service and great people.
Many dealers would rather you come in for service and to do so try to keep things like part numbers and maintenance intervals to themselves - my dealer was no exception - so at a recommendation to call Hendrick I gave them a shout and the folks here were happy to look up information for me even though they weren't my dealer. Good folks all around!
