I trust the work they do. They have always, and without fail, been kind and courteous. My only complaint has ever been that, even with an appointment, I more often than not, have to wait what I think is too long for the work being done. HOWEVER, for my inspection yesterday, I was in and out in just under 30 minutes. Well done Hendrick! Many thanks.

i bought a cute little Chevy Spark last friday. I was iimpressed with the salesman Mike. He met me when I walked in the door. I told him if you're honest with me I'l be honest with you. I would recommend their Sales Department all day!!! I bought my Jeep from them and they were great! So friendly and quick. Wonderful.... However, I have been getting my service done at the Service Department and nothing but issues. Took three oil changes before they got the notification to stop in my dash board. Twice they have left oil prints all over the white exterior of the Jeep and only rotated my extra tire into the rotation once.
