Tried to buy a car from Hendrick Fiat Cary NC. Terrible experience. Dealers killed Fiat in 70s 80s, is this a dejavou?

Purchased a vehicle on July 20th 2016 have gotten the run-around about the title ever since it is now September 20th they told me my wife's driver's license was no good which was false they told me my insurance was no good which was false now they're telling me my address is no good which is false. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership if my life depended on it. All I want is to be able to return the vehicle and get my money back where I can go buy a vehicle that I can get a title on.
I bought a used Grand Caravan from this dealership. I am not an easy customer to please. I know what I want, and don't settle for less. I have to say that Luke, Chip and Ali were absolutely fantastic. They were able to get me what I wanted at a price I could afford. They were very patient and helpful, even though I was nit picking every little detail. Just a great sales group all around. I would definitely recommend them!
Got interested in a Fiat after seeing them at the Apex Peakfest. They had me fill out some sheet and emailed me that if I come out and test drive a Fiat I'd get a $25 gift card. I said nice I'll check it out. Went out with my email coupon printed out, went out for a test drive, and went over options and features. Decided to wait till Jan when I'll be in the market for another car. Never got my gift card. I inquired 2 times about whether I was going to get it since I came in for the test drive. No response. Chris, thanks for providing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that -- the $25 gift card incentive absolutely should have been redeemed when you came in for your test drive. We still offer those $25 test-drive incentives, but now we've trained more people to take the coupons so that our guests can have them redeemed on the spot. Service for the fiat over at the Dodge dealer. This info stated nowhere at fiat location. Dodge location states prices not info on my problem. Just to check alignment they want 130.00. Just to check. Coffee machine makes brown water. Problem will not use for service unless item is under warranty. Not very impreased so far. Can't get to work the shuttle is one hour away.
