After moving to the area, needed service on my ILX and it was flawlessly handled by my service advisor Andrew Gloc. He explained to me about what was found upon their servicing and my options . Very honest and knowledgeable is what every customer seeks in his service advisor. And Andrew passed with flying colors! Will return here and will heartily recommend to others.
I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX on Tuesday, January 7th. Edgar Murphy had everything in order when I arrived. The car was ready. The paperwork process was simple and efficient. I can't be more happy with my purchase and experience at Acura of Southpoint. Bill Crosier was awesome in every way from helping us find the right vehicle, comparing vehicle options and features and then walking us through the setup process. Kiley the GM was terrific and great to work with as was the finance manager Mo. Tremendous group of folks there and the dealership is absolutely beautiful. While I hope I won't need to buy again for a while, I know where I'll be going when the time comes.
It’s an Acura, the best of luxury and dependability! Hendricks Southpoint has extremely well trained technicians and a very accommodating service staff. Together they make for a great service experience! I use them and highly recommend them.
Edgar Murphy was so helpful during the entire purchase process. The financing was easy. Even after we had signed the papers Edgar took his time to show me many features of my new car. I would recommend Hendrick Acura and Edgar for a great car buying experience.
