I know it must sound weird giving a positive experience about a colonoscopy, but the HSC went above and beyond, for a great experience!! Apologies for not remembering the names of the front desk team, but upon my arrival, both team members were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Once being ushered to the back office, I was greeted by Michelle, who was very friendly, polite and professional. This center has the rudest staff imaginable. Very unprofessional, and hang up on their patients. Carrie in the billing center not only laughs at you while on the phone with you because she does not know her job and makes an error, but she will also call you names while you are trying to get an issue resolved. The office administrator is also very unprofessional and condones the behavior of her staff. I would not recommend using this center to anyone. They obviously do not care about their patients.
I had a colonoscopy there today and was impressed with the entire staff. The front desk was very friendly, the nurses warm and knowledgeable...Physicians, Dr. Sood and Dr. Jrujillo very explanative about what was going to be done which eases your mind from worry. A very peaceful and trustful experience due to the staff. Thanks.
