Look somewhere else. This PMC is complete garbage and they DO NOT CARE about Tenants. They will go out of the way to charge extra for nothing. Maintenance takes days to respond and fixes are shady and not professional. They will also constantly request things upon inspection that are not listed in your lease. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Henderson is the best property management company I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had plenty of experience with different types and they’re still at the top of my list!!!
Me and my wife have rented from Henderson for 4 years just received our deposit refund they are charging us hidden fees. This company has been very unprofessional with communication and repairs over the 4 years we’ve lived in the home. For anyone who’s looking to rent from them or rent out their property through them beware. Would not recommend!!
As a renter do not rent from this company it has been the worst experience I have ever had as a renter. They don’t come repair things in the house, they take forever to get in contact with someone because they try to find the cheapest places and when they do repair things it’s not even repaired correctly and needs repaired again. We just moved out of the house we rented from for 4 years and just got back our invoice of deposit and they charged us an extra $265 of hidden fees not agreed upon after our move out walk through.
