Danny came to the home we are renting and made several repairs. Fixed and painted the stairs off of the deck. Trimmed the overgrowth off of several of the shrubs. He was always professional and courteous.

if it's possible I would give them a negative star but they have to get something . lMy grandpa was going to rent a property through Henderson property Management with my cousins. They found a place they liked which was nice. But everything about the whole situation was on their advertising was not accurate. And failure to follow the house bill 251249 which caps the security deposit of no more than one month rent. Just rent directly from an owner. PERIOD. Especially if you owned before and/or have tools and can be handy. *UPDATED 8/10/26* By contracting with AppFolio, HRME are forced to be another one of those fee-addictcted rental mgmt. companies around nowadays... maybe not the worst but here's my experience as a house renter: No upfront disclosure on Zillow of extra fees -- then you're wading through 86-pages of lease/addenda, and it's too hard to quit and find another property.. I cant begin to express how amazing the property management has been!! These last few months have been what seems like problem after problem with the sprinkler system to the dishwasher the ac unit it seems like everything was going up in smoke! However very thankful ti the team at Henderson and Homeowners that showed up and stared out!!! Every single thing fixed or on the schedule to be fixed!
