Henderson Management is trying to charge us for two additional months of rent even though we are moving out this month. This was not clearly explained and feels unreasonable. Communication has been frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend renting through this company.
My review is based solely on the interaction I had with Henderson Management while trying to schedule a tour of a duplex. I do not have any experience actually renting from them, but I sincerely believe that based on my short exchange with the agent via text, this company is severely missing a simple human factor that could have completely changed my experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company. The roof of our garage collapsed on our car and they did not lift a finger to help. We got back a fraction of our security deposit because of completely bs charges. Tenant relations employees have no idea what they're doing and could not care less about the wellbeing of the tenants. Do no rent from Henderson. Edit - Henderson still owes us money for the damage caused to our car by their property and has still not done anything to help us. Their lack of reply to this... read more
