Update 7/23/25: Changing to 2.5 stars after getting the keys. The unit was absolutely filthy upon move in. Called the tenant relations and was told they'd send a property manger to inspect. Got a call back a few hours later saying they couldn't send someone before our actual move-in and they'd "give us a gift card for our troubles". Henderson Management and our Property Manager Stephanie continue to provide us with exceptional professional service and guidance in managing our property. She responds immediately to any questions we have and goes above and beyond in every single category without fail. Alyssa at the front desk is always kind, helpful and super friendly. York from the maintenance division is very competent and skilled. The entire team has consistently been a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Henderson Management!

This property management company refused to renew my lease after I had a domestic violence situation, which ended with my spouse leaving the state. All has been well and quiet ever since; however, Henderson Management & Real Estate is kicking me out anyway despite many requests to renew my lease. Now I am a single mom trying to find another place to live because I was a victim of abuse, which they were aware of.
