As her friend I truly appreciated their kindness, patience with a language barrier, and extremely easy process to secure a great, affordable apartment. Hidden $35 Monthly Junk Fee Even Though It Was Buried in the Lease – Violation of Colorado Law I was already living in the unit when Henderson Management & Real Estate, LLC took over from the previous property management company. When they presented my rent increase, the offer letter only listed $1,175 as my monthly rent — with no mention whatsoever of any additional fees. Understanding & comfortable & Competent.
Henderson has put the safety of my family as well as their maintenance techs at risk because of a lack of communication. I thought a strange man was breaking and entering yesterday while I had my two year old at home. I called Henderson to ask if they had sent a maintenance tech over to my house to which they said no, nothing was scheduled.
