A spring broke on my garage door and I t wouldn’t open. I called Henderson’s late Monday afternoon. I was out of town Tuesday. They showed up Wednesday morning, right on time, replaced both springs, examined tracks, bearings, and pulleys—all were good. Charged a fair price for the new springs and the expert installation. I am very pleased with their amazing service and expertise.
I really appreciate all the people I worked with at Henerson Garage doors. They were responsive (came out when we needed an assessment and written estimate for our insurance adjusters), patient (ordered the required components, then waited until our garage was finally ready, and then came and did the required repairs & replacements), and extra helpful (installed a doggie for us in the shop, in advance of installing the garage door.)
I'm very happy with the work Donnie did. He was very polite and answered all my questions. Great job Henderson Garage Doors.
