My family has been patients of Florek Henderson Dental for nearly 40 years. Trusted and compassionate dental care is the norm! Friendly, competent staff.
I’ve been going here for 20 years & I can’t say enough positive words about this practice. They care. They’re gentle. This is not a corporate dentist setting at all. The quality of work from Dr. Jason & Dr. Amy & their assistants is more than exceptional. The hygienist Janelle has me on the path to an incredibly healthy mouth & I love it. Dr. Amy takes time to listen to me. I always feel welcomed and never rushed. That is a good feeling especially given our current world with staff shortages and everyone feels short of time and rushed.
I have been going to Florek-Henderson for years and are so satisfied with the service they provide. This particular time I didn’t have an appointment. I called in with an issue of a growth not sure what it is, I was able to get in within 2 hours of when I called. Dr. Amy spent about 45 minutes assessing the growth, still not absolutely sure what it is however eased my mind that if us not cancerous or any thing to worry about. We transitioned our family to Henderson and are so happy with everything; cleanings, care and advise.
Like most, going to the dentist has never been a date to celebrate. While I will not tell you that going to Florek and Henderson is like Christmas, I will say going to the dentist has become a pleasant task. This office is friendly, but also competent and professional. The patients’ wishes in regard to services provided are always accepted. Great dentist, great office, great service.
As always Jill and Dr Jason took their time to explain to me what was going on and coming up with plans for the future. Never judgmental and always very positive.
I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. They are always caring, professional and polite. I took both of my sons there every 6 months since the age of 3 into adulthood.. They never had a cavity. What little work I have had done has never been painful and the prices were very reasonable.
This check up could not be any better. The staff are all excellent. Kind, caring, answer questions well. I give them a 10+
