They are extremely rude
My daughter have been seeing Jessica Milhomme at the Broward location and It just hurt my heart to think that she just don’t care . I advise her that the ymeds she prescribed are not working and she is suffering Can not concentrate this lady just sit looking like she can’t wait for us to get out the office no form of care empathy. This place is discriminatory. I called and tried expressing my situation and the second I said I had diabetes. I was immediately met with an argumentative tone which then got follow up by being hung up. I will definitely be contacting the proper channels about handling this and also be making videos and seeking out new outlets to discuss this because this type of behavior in mental health facilities that are somehow accredited need to be stopped.
