Always open and honest!
Brian and his crew are amazing. I brought my car in, for a leak repair that the dealer said was needed. Not only was it going to be $600 less here, Brian said the leak was so minor that he "would feel bad taking my money to fix it at this point". He also told me that my brakes were at only 15% in the front ... the dealer didn't even mention that they needed to be replaced. We found Henderson's right after we moved here and they are so great! Honest and quick, able to handle the weirdest car issues and as mentioned before, very kind and helpful. They work fast, they work clean and they stand by their work. And Charlie is just awesome. ;)
