5 stars We are new from Alaska. I called around to find a new vet for our 3 dogs and 5 guinea pigs. VCA black mountain was the most kindest and the front receptionists answered every question I had without making me feel like they had other priorities. Dr. Winn was amazing with our 2 week old baby guniea pig. She went in very sick, they kept her examined her for 30 hours and sent her home with meds. she's almost back to 100% and loves being back with her mom and human mom she's popcorning around the cage with her siblings!

This has been where my pets go for health care since 2003. Staff there has changed over the years. The care is consistently compassionate and sincere. I highly recommend the veterinarians and the nursing care at VCA Black Mountain Animal Hospital.

They treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, & were above and beyond AMAZING when it came to working with finances!! When we lost our sweet family companion they sent a hand written card~ will never go anywhere else!!!

Had to take my little Chihuahua Gizmo back in to see the vet as a pin in his leg had worked its way lose and was coming out thru his skin. They had previously fixed his broken leg (he needed several pins) a few months ago and they took great care of him on both visits. The docs are always very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things. And the girls up front are very friendly and courteous.
