Very kind staff! They allowed me to get myself together after very sad news for my dog. Was very quick to get an apt. And prompt front office staff.
RecommendedThis animal hospital was so amazing to me. Back in August my baby, Angel, was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease. Dr. Walters helped me through the diagnosis and treatment of her, and the staff were all sweet and supportive. Last week I had to make the extremely difficult decision to put Angel down, which was the most painful experience of my life. Everyone there was extremely helpful and supportive of my situation. Friendly staff. The doctor is very nice. She takes time explaining about my dogs 🐕 health. I will recommend the place for my friends 👫.
I love the care that animals get there. Dr. Walter’s is my favorite and my dog gets so excited to go see her. The hours are a little hard for me but we make it work.
Staff is great but short handed. It’s a shame they’re no longer open on weekends due to lack of Veterinarian. They recently stopped walk ins. Getting an appointment is now difficult. I will be taking my pets elsewhere. This place has really gone down hill

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Schuman is kind and patient with Kona. We have been clients for over 18 years.
