The service was amazing. The staff all seemed to be whistling while they worked. Food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with an exciting major city feel but never loses it's down to earth Vermont vibe! When in Vermont this place is a must go!! ��
Most amazing dinner experience yet. From sitting right up at the chef bar to joking around with the cooks while eating dinner hen of the wood gives you one of the best "in kitchen" experiences I think you'll find in the north east. Thanks to amazing hospitality and unreal farm to table service on my birthday trip to Burlington this past weekend! ��
This is my favorite restaurant in Burlington. It all works, the food the ambience the wine list the decor. It's a five for me.
Ate here two night in a row on a recent trip to Burlington. Would highly recommend! Staff was wonderful and food was delicious! We ate at the chef's counter as well as the bar and both experiences were incredibly enjoyable. Will be back for sure!
I would go back in a second! It was my first time there and I was part of the Butchery experience. A table inside the kitchen. Multiple courses, chef's choice (though they do ask about any allergies). It was simply amazing. The flavors, the preparation, the presentation...it was exquisite and my mouth was so happy! My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the nice woman who was serving, she was awesome! So knowledgeable about the food and the wines and drinks...I'd give an extra star for her alone! Love love love!
