Divine! Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the meal, from the wine to the cheeses to the trout with chorizo to the sorbets to finish. Sat at the bar and watched the kitchen staff do their thing - everything that was coming out looked absolutely delicious and fresh! Would definitely return if I find myself back in Burlington!
